Whether you facility needs design help in the loading and unloading of trucks, railcars, pipelines, or barges, the TEA team can help you with your project. Below is a list of some of our terminal and facilities project experience:

Facility design services: Conceptual drawings to complete engineering and design, equipment and traffic layout, design drawings, and procurement services. The TEA team has the know-how to design your plant.

Design 2 Build: We have participated in successful EPC (Engineering, Procure, and Construct) projects. We have teamed with skilled contractors to provide the mechanical, civil, and electrical installation. Our scope includes engineering, design, and procurement, and over-all project management.

Capital Cost Estimates: We can help you with your asset management studies for terminal, pipeline, capital, and related projects that can include conceptual studies, preliminary engineering and design, and project study reports to fully define a project’s scope.

Design/Drawings: These can be AutoCAD, Cadworks, 2D or 3D drawings. The TEA team has the AutoCAD capability to turn your drawings around for you very quickly.

Installation Design: We can design your installation procedures for loading rack, blending, and vapor control equipment

Loading Rack Conversions: TEA has the loading rack conversion experience you need to change your equipment from top to bottom loading.

Design of Skid Mounted Equipment: including skidded metering systems and chemical injection equipment.

Hydraulic Calculations: In order to size and specify or predict pump performance.

Marine Terminal Projects: including marine vapor control, barge transfer, and dock
facilities.
